VINIFICATION: Grapes crushed, pressed softly. The must is cleared and started to alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18° C. Refermentation in pumps for 6 months with selected yeasts at 16 °C
MATURATION: In steel
BOTTLE AGEING: 1 month
APPEARANCE: Straw yellow with golden glints, with fine and persisten perlage
BOUQUET: Intense fruity notes of pear and apple, elegant in floral notes of yellow flowers, mineral, soft aromatic herbs reminiscent of sage and rosemary.
PALATE: Perlage fine and silky on the palate, soft entry, good acidic support and slight sapidity, citrine and fruity persistent aftertaste
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal for an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with finger food and fried fish.
