BOUQUET: Fruity aroma with hints of pear, unripe yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and lemon peel, wild flowers. Enriched with aromas of hay and toasted almonds
PALATE: Fresh, sapid, soft and persistent aftertaste with citrus and mineral aromas
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Very suitable for starters, especially with ham. Accompanies delicate soups, fish soups and risotto with seafood, freshwater fish, delicate first courses of meat or vegetables, boiled meat or chicken, delicate fish
