BOUQUET: Extremely fruity bouquet reminiscent of plum, small red fruits (blueberries, blackberries, currants, ...), floral (bouquet of rose and violets) and spicy notes in general, pepper in particular, licorice root; light vegetable notes (hay, tea leaves) and balsamic notes of eucalyptus make it fresh and complex to the nose
PALATE: Soft and balanced by a good freshness, which makes the sip pleasant, and by a delicate tannin
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: When young it goes perfectly with appetizers based on cold cuts, first courses with meat sauces, roasts (roast chicken), grilled chicken; rabbit meat “alla cacciatora”, stewed or pan-fried meat. Semi-mature cheeses. Try it with beef burgers
