APPEARANCE: Straw yellow with greenish glints, with fine and persisten perlage
BOUQUET: Characteristic aromatic bouquet reminiscent of white fruit, tomato leaves, green and red pepper, accompanied by notes of sage, nettle and elderflower
PALATE: Balanced and fresh, with a slight mineral vein, persistent aromatic
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with dishes based on vegetables, such as asparagus or peppers, dishes with aromatic herbs, pork, chicken and peppers, dishes of oriental cuisine (Korean, Mexican, Indian) or with sushi, dishes based on baked fish or risotto. To try with pesto pasta
