BOUQUET: Intense aroma with floral notes of rose petals, broom and currant leaves, delicate notes of ripe fruit and spices such as white pepper and nutmeg

PALATE: Softness balanced by good freshness and flavor. Persistent

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with aromatic and spicy structured dishes: savory young and goat cheeses, pork with apples, quiche loraine and quiches, shrimp curry, Cantonese rice, sushi and Thai cuisine
