VINIFICATION: Grapes crushed, pressed softly. The must is cleared and started to alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18° C. The refinement takes place in steel containers

BOTTLE AGEING: 2-3 months

APPEARANCE: Straw yellow

BOUQUET: Rich aroma and various fruity notes (banana, apple, pear, exotic fruit, pineapple); white flowers, wildflowers, yellow flowers among which the broom stands out; soft balsamic notes of aromatic herbs tending to citrine such as lemon balm and lemon thyme, and mineral scents

PALATE: The palate is warm and round, with good freshness and flavor. Structured and persistent, it leaves the mouth fresh and clean

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: First courses based on fish or vegetables such as risotto and soups. White meat, dishes with mushrooms, baked fish or grilled
