BOUQUET: Fruity bouquet reminiscent of pear, apple and white peach, citrine notes of lime zest that fade into floral hints of white flowers. Characteristic mineral note

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal for an aperitif with battered vegetables and fried foods in general. It accompanies seafood cuisine and fresh or medium-aged cheeses
