VINIFICATION: Grapes crushed, pressed softly. The must is cleared and started to alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18° C. Refermentation in pumps for 30 days with selected yeasts at 16 °C

MATURATION: In steel

BOTTLE AGEING: 1 month

APPEARANCE: Pale straw yellow, fine and persisten perlage

BOUQUET: Fruity bouquet reminiscent of pear, apple and white peach, citrine notes of lime zest that fade into floral hints of white flowers. Characteristic mineral note

PALATE: Truly distinctive for its refined aromatics and exquisite balance

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal for an aperitif with battered vegetables and fried foods in general. It accompanies seafood cuisine and fresh or medium-aged cheeses
