APPEARANCE: Straw yellow with greenish glints, with fine and persisten perlage
BOUQUET: Typical scent of sweet almond, golden apple, pear, yellow peach and notes of wild flowers, chamomile
PALATE: Round and soft on the palate, with almond aftertaste. Persistent
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal as an aperitif of tradition with San Daniele ham, dishes with asparagus or other vegetables, fish dishes (light pasta dishes, baked fish, boiled or steamed), grilled white meats
