BOUQUET: Characteristic aromas with warm tones reminiscent of ripe apple, apricot, peach in syrup, dried figs, dates and honey
PALATE: The light residual sugar is balanced by a good freshness and a savory, aromatic note, aftertaste of dried fruit and dried exotic fruit and balsamic notes
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Dessert wine, ideal with mature cheeses and dry pastries, almond cakes, tarts with apricot jam, strudel or Gubana (typical dessert of the Valleys of Natisone). Territorial pairing: try it with the Cjarsons (ravioli typical of Carnia) both sweet and salty
