VINIFICATION: The clusters are de-stemmed and the grapes gently pressed, at a maximum -0,9 atmospheres. The must is clarified through enzymatic settling followed by centrifuging, then ferments with cultured yeasts at 15-17°C; the result is a wine with crisp aromas and a full-flavoured palate

MATURATION: In steel

BOTTLE AGEING: 2-3 months

APPEARANCE: Pale straw yellow with greenish hints

BOUQUET: Delicate, elegant, and fruity, with fragrances of Golden Delicious apple and freshly-baked bread

PALATE: Full-bodied, seductive

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Chardonnay Ca’ Bembo makes an outstanding aperitif wine; it partners as well with low-fat fish, with pumpkin or vegetable creams, with scaloppine al marsala and soft cheeses such as stracchino and mozzarella di bufala campana. It is best enjoyed at 10-12°C in medium-sized, tulip-shaped stemware
